Last night Stacey and I dolled ourselves up in 20’s attire to head out to the Wenham Museum’s 90th Birthday Gala at Misselwood. First of all, what a setting! You couldn’t get a more perfect backdrop for a roaring 20’s party, it really got us in the mood – especially since I felt like I had a crow flying off my head as I was driving down the street to the event!  I caught some stares. But heck, it’s what we do for fashion! I was jealous of Stacey – she had her grandma’s stole – how often does one need to pull a mink out of closet and have a vintage one!

We saw some friends (Yvonne, from Designer Bath posing with us below), drank some Juleps and event took a spin on the floor.  White Heat, the band was fantastic – it made us wish for supper clubs to come back into vogue. Not holding my breath though. Anyhow, a great evening that raised some decent money; keeping it local!

The event was at my alma mater, Endicott. They have a gorgeous property Misselwood, shown above.
