LITTLE NECK MODERN COTTAGE

This new construction project, a collaboration with Benjamin Nutter Architects was a challenge in creative thinking. Small spaces needing lots of function was a driving goal before we got to the fun part of defining the aesthetic of this modern beach cottage. Favorite elements of ours is the custom pegboard in the small mudroom allowing for flexibility, the practically of a window set in the Dining Area with the punch of turquoise chairs to bring in the fun and the clever layered bunk design with water inspired wallpaper anchoring the room design.
