Farmhouse Fixer: Matulewicz Family

This HGTV farmhouse fixer season 2 project focused primarily on fixing the Kitchen and back entry area of the house. With the removal of an awkward support post from the kitchen and shifting the door/hall area adjacent we were able to provide so much more function as well as brightness.  There was also a long awkward hall with no purpose that we dropped a wall in the middle, carving out 2 functional spaces; an office and a mudroom. The layout changes improved the use of the spaces so much and the new color palette brings a riot of color into the home for this vibrant family.
